SEMI-AUTOMATIC BLADE COATER
The MBC-400 coater is a hands-free, semi-automatic coating system designed for the wet end of the corrugator. Equipped with a pneumatically controlled coating head, a corrugator-speed monitoring system, and color-coded valves for coating application, this coater eliminates the need for an operator to constantly attend the equipment during operation.

SYSTEM FEATURES
The MBC Series coaters exhibit ease and versatility in operation. Designed to apply all functional and decorative coatings, these systems are applicable at the singlefacer or doublebacker on the corrugator, capable of coating board widths of up to 98 inches (250 cm), and can run at corrugator speeds of up to 650 FPM.

The MBC Series' coating blades are mounted on air-operated linear actuators for quick, effortless coating.

All controls are conveniently mounted on the operator side of the MBC and the unit is portable and safe to move around the corrugator.

User-selected setpoints allow for automatic coating supply that corresponds with the speed of the corrugator.

Color-coded coating zones allow for complete coating application control.

Easily-mounted masking strips eliminate the need for edge dams.

Strip-coating allows masked areas to remain uncoated, providing clean, sharp edges.
