Designed for a custom process, this Flood Coater is equipped with two servo-actuated lay-on rolls, manually adjusted metering roll and blade assembly, and a mobile, large-volume coating pan; specially painted with non-stick coating for ease in maintenance and cleanliness.

Our custom-engineered Sheet-fed Coating system was tailored for a hand-fed operation. This compact system contains a a sheet-fed UV coating unit attached with a conveyor and is equipped with a UV curing station; all on casters for mobility and maintenance ease.

This "mill-duty" custom coater is a prototypical design based off of our CM-400 series liquid application system. This wide-web system is equipped with a pneumatically actuated pan assembly and unique coating dispersal system, custom-engineered to customer specifications.
