The CM-6000 is a hydrophilic, 3-roll, full-coat coating system with 4 axis, fully automated with pressure controls. This system is capable of providing continuous, uniform coating to various web widths at speeds of up to 2,000 feet per minute.

CM-7000 SERIES
SPOT-COAT COATING SYSTEM
The CM-7000 is a hydrophilic, 4-roll, spot-coat coating system with 10 axis, fully automated with pressure controls. This system is capable of providing continuous, uniform coating to various web widths at speeds of up to 2,500 feet per minute.
Web Width Range: 30" - 80"
Speed Range: 0 - 2500 Feet Per Minute

SYSTEM FEATURES
Our Hydrophilic Coaters are specifically designed for thixotropic (shear-thinning) coatings, providing an ideal pinhole-free laydown versus flexographic coating technology. Both of the CMS Full-coat and Spot-coat coating systems further the LAS metering system in their design, enabling a coating application with superior performance characteristics.

Hydrophilic Technology allows water to bond with coating, shearing the coating at various stages in its application.

Application is controlled by variable speed and pressure differentials for repetitious precision.

Cantilevered Sleeve System allows for quick-changeovers of mandrel plates and rubber-covered bridge sleeves, generating up-time.
