SYSTEM FEATURES

At the heart of the CMS Moisturizing System beats a hydrophilic transfer roll, independently driven by a variable speed motor and capable of carrying a substantial amount of water - impregnating your substrate with the exact percentage of moisture required for process perfection. 

  • Hydrophilic Technology allows for superior performance in moisture transfer.
     

  • Transfer is controlled by variable speed and pressure differentials for repetitious precision.
     

  • Stainless steel splash guarding and pan assemblies allow for cleanliness and reliable safety in operation.

  • Moisture transfer consistency is controlled via the closed-loop CMS Recirculation System.
     

  • Closed-loop control is achieved by sensing moisture after the liquid application system with the CMS Pro-2000 NIR Moisture Sensor.
     

  • Customization in system design allows for process-tailored applications, operational safety and functionality.
