SHAFTED FLOOR DELIVERY REWIND
This shafted floor delivery Rewind system was custom-engineered for roll diameters of up to 50" and core sizes of 3" to 6" in internal diameter. Equipped with a driven core shaft for center winding and driven, pneumatically-loaded drum roll for surface winding.

RW-72-50
SHAFTLESS FLOOR DELIVERY REWIND
This shaft-less Rewind delivers the "master" roll to the floor, eliminating an overhead crane for roll tending. Designed for roll weights of up to 4,000 lbs and core diameters of 12", this Rewind is equipped with hydraulic cylinders for roll lift control and torque activated core chucks.

SINGLE POSITION REWIND
This prototypical, single position Rewind unit handles small, 12" diameter rolls of substrate and is equipped with pneumatic expanding core shafts and a belt-driven spindle. This unit also contains a unique, frame-mounted web guiding system for winding accuracy.
