SHAFTED FLOOR PICK-UP UNWIND
This shafted floor pick-up Unwind unit was custom-engineered for roll diameters of up to 50" and core sizes of 3" to 6" in internal diameter. Equipped with web guide and edge guide systems, tension systems, and a specially designed, dual-clamp splice table, this Unwind can be operated via remote control.

SHAFT-LESS FLOOR PICK-UP UNWIND
This shaft-less Unwind picks up the "master" roll from the floor, eliminating an over-head crane for roll tending. Designed for roll weights of up to 4,000 lbs and core diameters of 12", this Unwind is equipped with hydraulic cylinders for roll lift control and torque activated core chucks.

This shafted drop-in Unwind was designed for our in-house pilot line, allowing for operation ease in testing various substrates. With substrate delivery via crane, edge guides and intuitive controls, this Unwind has been a proven work-horse for over 20 years.
